One Year

One Year - Fried Green Kimchi

I am celebrating FGK’s first anniversary. It has been an eventful year full of changes & adventures, recipe writing & tasting. I have shed blood, sweat & tears in the kitchen this year all for the love of FGK. I have traveled from Korea to America, Singapore to Australia, Thailand, Abu Dhabi & Indonesia. And I have killed myself to edit pictures, upload, write & share these experiences. Mostly I have kicked myself about how long it takes me each time to get my posts ready.

I have loved every minute of it!

Truly, I have. FGK has been a wonderful hobby & has given me experiences I never could have imagined when I first began. I have made friends with people from all over the world through FGK. Each time someone tells me they loved my recipe for Baked Kimchi Cheese Grits or that my pictures from Bali inspired them book a flight, I beam with pride. It’s amazing how the internet & blogging connects people. I am here to inspire & be inspired. My only goal with FGK is to share the things that make me happy: food, travel & friendship, with readers around the world. I hope that I have been able to shed some inspiration, or at least a good laugh, to my readers because you have certainly inspired me!
