Oh where to begin…I had the good fortune to visit Bali twice this  year. If I never get to go again, I will always miss it. The thing is, it’s paradise. The ocean, the beaches, the rice fields, the fresh flowers & fruits everywhere…it’s stunningly beautiful. But the thing that made this place for me were the people I met. Balinese people know how to smile in a true, kind, friendly way. People there were always smiling & it felt honest. I didn’t realize how much I needed that until I went there.

The first time I went, I stayed in & traveled around Bali. The second time, I ventured off to Nusa Lembongan & Nusa Ceningan, two smaller islands that are just a short boat ride away. I think most of my sneak peek pictures are actually from Nusa Lembongan. That is because trip one was my honeymoon. We only had our camera phones and taking pictures was low on our list of priorities. For trip two I had a brand new fancy camera and couldn’t wait to play with it. And Nusa Lembongan & Ceningan were so secluded and filled with beauty, they were the perfect places to play around with the new camera.
